Project Technology: PHP

PHP is a web scripting language that is the foundation for many ubiquitous open source web platforms, such as Drupal and WordPress. Giant Rabbit provides custom PHP development services, providing support, maintenance, and feature development for PHP applications that power web sites and responsive web applications designed to work on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The Internet Archive provides free public access to collections of digitized materials, including websites, software, music, moving images, and nearly three million public-domain books. The Archive also advocates for a free and open Internet. They created and maintain the Wayback Machine.  We provided consulting to assist with their adoption of CiviCRM to power their fundraising.

The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) provides practical resources and reliable information on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), equity compensation plans, and ownership culture. We are working with NCEO to plan and develop a Drupal Commerce-based data system to replace their current elaborately hand-rolled PHP site and store.

TrackYourHours provides a simple online platform for Marriage and Family Therapist, LPCC and LCSW candidates to log their clinical experience hours required for state licensure. We provide ongoing PHP development services to enhance the service and keep it up-to-date with rapidly changing regulations. We also provide support for TrackYouHours customer service--TrackYourHours goes out of their way to help users who have accidentally deleted, overwritten, or otherwise messed up their critical hours data, which means we write custom SQL queries to pull data from backups and manually restore the accounts of distressed users.
