Daniel Heath has an MA in English from UC Berkeley; he specializes in helping humans interact with machines. He has years of experience in Information Technology strategy and planning, database design, and project management. StaffJustin Godey has over a decade of experience as an application programmer and database administrator, as a security analyst for a major public utility company, and as an IT manager who has brought infrastructure overhauls to small and large organizations. |
